A leading logistics company in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to analyze contracts, lead customer relationships, and generate new business deals in eFulfillment and retail logistics. The ideal candidate has strong sales negotiation skills and logistics knowledge, with experience in proactive marketing and contract management. Business Development Manager & Sales
− Analize current contracts to understand and improve actual business and stablish relationship with current customers.
− Lead customer relationship team to secure customers’ needs are met.
− You generate new deals in the target markets with a focus on eFulfillment, retail logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
− You will be responsible for proactive marketing and tender processing from initial contact to contract conclusion, including the preparation and negotiation of logistics contracts.
− You will work with various internal stakeholders to create concept proposals and develop new service offerings based on detailed and documented insights into market and customer needs.
− You will be responsible for providing market insights and feedback to management and stakeholders on market and industry developments as well as competitors' developments.
− You analyze customer needs (potential/target and existing customers) and develop new concepts and businesses together with other teams.
− You will maintain a good relationship with existing clients, continuously improve profitability and dig out new business opportunities.
− You will provide customers with specific advice/information to BD Director to facilitate business performance review, evaluation and budgeting.
− You will meet budget goals, including overall Revenue and CM targets for specific services.
− Accounts generating at least minimum corporate CM.
− Meet regional AR target.
− Full compliance in sales system input and accurate reports of target accounts, opportunities and sales calls.
