A private advertiser seeks a skilled professional for business development within the interior renovation sector. The role involves establishing connections with main contractors, sourcing new projects, and engaging with clients to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and an extensive professional network.
Look for someone with experience in the construction industry, particularly with strong connections and a good working relationship with A1, A2, B1, and B2-grade main contractors.
1. Link Company with established main contractors
2. Actively go out and source new interior renovation jobs (offices, community clubs, schools, HDB void deck works, etc.).
3. Identify and connect us with potential clients or consultants (Architects, QS, PMs) who can introduce new projects to Company.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the interior renovation sector.
• Building relationships with developers, consultants, and clients.
• Leading proposal and tender submissions.
• Conducting competitor and market research to support growth strategies.
• Managing business records, marketing collateral, and pre-qualification documents.
• Supporting the development of strategic plans and client engagementactivities.
