Looking for a Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, relationship building, prospecting, and cold calling.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales and leads to drive revenue growth for the company
  • Seek new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, and closing sales
  • Develop and customize business proposals and conduct presentations to customers
  • Manage strong client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle and secure renewal of existing contracts
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with the contract
  • Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts
  • Prepare sales quotations and tenders
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and meet key performance metrics
  • Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, sales strategies, and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in business or marketing-related discipline
  • At least 3 years of sales/business development experience in a managerial role
  • Knowledge of contact centers is preferred
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, be resourceful, and manage time effectively
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven track record in sales and securing major business accounts
  • Strong knowledge of business development, sales, and marketing
