Innofied is seeking experienced Business Development Managers with strong international sales experience. This techno-commercial role involves driving sales of digital transformation and software development projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate business through cold calling, outbound sales, and email campaigns.
2. Qualify and engage with clients, gather requirements, and draft proposals.
3. Propose technical solutions based on open source and mobile technologies.
4. Respond to RFPs with customized proposals and develop scope documents, agreements, and contracts.
5. Close deals with support from team members and manage client accounts.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services and software development.
• Experience in generating business via marketplaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and availability for flexible hours.
