    Job Description:Innofied is currently seeking experienced Business Development Managers with a strong background in International sales for a techno-commercial role. As a Business Development Manager at Innofied, you will be responsible for driving sales of Digital transformation and Software development projects. Candidates with a background in non-core IT sales may not be suitable for this role, as we are specifically looking for individuals with experience in similar-sized organizations and a proven track record in techno-commercial roles related to core IT sales.Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, conducting outbound sales, and running email/calling campaigns in collaboration with other sales team members. You will be tasked with generating business for Innofied through outbound sales efforts and following up on leads generated by the marketing team. Additionally, you will be required to effectively qualify and engage with clients, gather functional requirements independently, and prepare winning proposals. Proposing technical solutions based on open source and mobile technologies for Business/Ecommerce Websites, Mobile Apps, and other software development projects will also be a key aspect of your role.Furthermore, you will be expected to respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) by conducting thorough research and crafting customized proposals. Developing formal scope documents, agreements, and contracts, as well as closing deals with the support of junior executives, business analysts, and project managers, will be essential tasks in this position. Managing the accounts of the projects you successfully close will also be part of your responsibilities.Ideal candidates will possess experience in generating business through marketplaces, knowledge of IT Services, and Custom Software development.
