Business Development Manager - Retail Mortgages

The purpose of this role is to meet the business objectives set by the respective country Retail Assets Business by focusing on customer needs-based selling. As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities include achieving personal sales targets, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing penetration from internal channels. You will be required to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), maintain operational quality, and ensure zero tolerance for fraud and mis-selling. It is essential to adhere to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements while providing exemplary customer experience and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve personal sales targets through customer needs-based selling
  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) diligently and maintain operational quality
  • Ensure zero tolerance for fraud and mis-selling
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure error-free customer applications and documentation
  • Practice appropriate sales and marketing skills
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
  • Serve as a Director of the Board and exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors
