Job description

• Responsible for developing and executing a partnership and channel strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• In charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and channels, ensuring successful collaboration.
• Responsible for providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company’s products.
• Taking charge of setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
• Developing and managing a channel program to drive sales through partners and resellers, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure partner feedback is integrated into product improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership, and channel.
• Willingness to travel as required.
