· Work closely with the senior management to develop growth-focused business strategies aligned with the company’s objectives

· Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making

· Build and maintain excellent rapport with government authorities, agencies, and relevant stakeholders

· Assist in managing acquired investment properties, including overseeing performance and supporting assets management initiatives

Requirements:

· 10-12 years of proven in business development, real estate, or property management in Singapore

· Strong financial skills, including cash flow modelling and budgeting to achieve target investment returns

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team
