As a Business Development Manager (Printing), you’ll play a key role in driving the strategic growth in the Printing division - identifying new market opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and helping pilot innovative business solutions.
This is a permanent full-time, in-office role Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:45pm), reporting to the Director of Business Development.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Identify and engage new customers in greenfield sectors
- Research, test, and implement business solutions with internal teams, partners, and customers
- Spot and act on strategic opportunities across the Group to expand reach and deepen customer relationships
- Pitch new solutions, close deals, and help drive regional expansion
- Support cross-functional collaboration to bring pilot initiatives to life
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 5+ years of experience in business development (for BDM level)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends, gaps, and commercial opportunities
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated to go the extra mile for customers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to winning new business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel regionally on short notice

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
- Demonstrated success expanding into new markets or launching new solutions
- Experience collaborating across departments to drive pilot initiatives
- Track record of building and converting strong client relationships from scratch
- Ability to spot leverage points within a larger group structure to accelerate growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
