YOUR NEW JOB

As a Business Development Manager (Printing), you’ll play a key role in driving the strategic growth in the Printing division - identifying new market opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and helping pilot innovative business solutions.
This is a permanent full-time, in-office role Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:45pm), reporting to the Director of Business Development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identify and engage new customers in greenfield sectors
  • Research, test, and implement business solutions with internal teams, partners, and customers
  • Spot and act on strategic opportunities across the Group to expand reach and deepen customer relationships
  • Pitch new solutions, close deals, and help drive regional expansion
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to bring pilot initiatives to life
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • 5+ years of experience in business development (for BDM level)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends, gaps, and commercial opportunities
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated to go the extra mile for customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to winning new business
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel regionally on short notice
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for an Assistant Manager role
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
  • Demonstrated success expanding into new markets or launching new solutions
  • Experience collaborating across departments to drive pilot initiatives
  • Track record of building and converting strong client relationships from scratch
  • Ability to spot leverage points within a larger group structure to accelerate growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
