Job Description
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market to expand customer base and increase market penetration and Year to Year revenue growth.
- Prospecting, networking, and leads generation in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or users of biosafety labs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay agile and benchmark offerings.
- Work with CEO, Finance and Operations teams to align initiatives and optimize execution.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as Sales Volume, Forecast accuracy, Market Share and Revenue Growth.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to Management to guide decision-making.
Requirement
- Six (6) or more years of experience in pharmaceutical/ Healthcare sales
- Experience with CRM or ERP system
- Working knowledge of pharmacology
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets preferably in sectors like FMCG, logistics, or B2B services, Pharmaceutical, public sector (MOH)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Network of contacts at local healthcare organizations
