Job Overview

We are looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager with deep experience in Business development of petrochemical & Petroleum products. This role involves managing the full deal cycle—structuring long-term contracts for Raw Materials & Feedstocks , Long term Product Placement Strategy – Vetting & Designing Contractual Terms & Conditions in coordination with Legal, Actual sourcing and buying & selling materials, engaging with vendors, several stake owners and off takers, to. You will play a key role in driving growth, optimising procurement strategies, and executing end-to-end transactions across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise Strategy for Long term Contracts factoring global Demand & Supply conditions in the Petroleum & Petrochemical space. Lead and execute long term Contractual Terms & Conditions conducive to and in line with overall commercial strategy of the Company.
  • Identify long term offtakes and build strategic partnerships to ensure stable demand and competitive pricing.
  • Source materials and negotiate terms with suppliers and vendors to optimise supply reliability and cost.
  • Conduct commercial studies on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and trade flows to inform deal strategy.
  • Develop, structure, and negotiate long-term supply agreements, sales contracts, and JV arrangements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships to monitor competitor activity and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external trade regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Development experience in Petroleum & petrochemical products.
