What You'll Do:
- Own and drive new business opportunities across performance marketing, with a strong focus on CPS, mobile, and programmatic campaigns.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with advertisers, brands, and key media agency contacts in the region.
- Strategically target and grow high-potential clients, ideally with a strong focus on the Hong Kong market.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals that deliver measurable ROI for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, and Marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and international conferences - travel-loving candidates, this is your dream job!
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5+ years of media sales experience with a strong background in performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of CPS (Cost-per-Sale), mobile acquisition, and programmatic solutions.
- Proven track record of working with clients in Hong Kong - and delivering results.
- A strong network of media agency connections across Singapore and APAC.
- Excellent communication skills - you're persuasive, engaging, and know how to build trust.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for growth, hustle, and big wins.
- Willingness to travel across the region for meetings, events, and opportunities.
