As we expand our sales team, we are looking for passionate individuals with experience in maritime settings to help us expand our solutions to the global maritime market.

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role involves promoting and selling our medical solutions to maritime companies, vessel operators, offshore installations, and healthcare professionals within the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience working in or with the maritime sector.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with maritime clients, including ship owners, operators, and offshore facilities.
  3. Present, demonstrate, and explain the benefits of our maritime solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
  4. Provide expert guidance on maritime solutions products.
  5. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Stay informed about maritime industry trends, regulations, and product innovations.
  8. Offer ongoing support to clients to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  9. Proven experience in medical sales, particularly within the maritime industry (preferred).
  10. Background in nursing, paramedicine, or another healthcare-related field (preferred).
  11. Understanding of the unique needs and challenges in maritime settings.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate maritime clients.
  13. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  15. Willingness to travel as required.
  16. Minimum of 2 years working in or with the maritime sector.
