Job summary

A global logistics services firm is seeking a Business Development Manager in Singapore. You will focus on growing existing accounts, developing new business, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience in logistics, strong analytical skills, and a can-do attitude. Competitive salary of up to S$7k monthly offered.

  • Grow existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities.

  • Handle inquiries and manage RFQs efficiently.

Salary: Upto S$5k to $7k per month

Work Week: 5-day work week

A global logistics services firm is inviting keen individuals to join its team as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep growing our existing customer accounts by spotting new opportunities and offering more what they need.
  • Develop new business and identify potential clients to enhance the existing customer base.
  • Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operational staff, project implementation.
  • Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
  • Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
  • Manage accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely client payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of Sales experience in Logistics.
  • Have analytical and problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and absolutely needs to have a “can-do” attitude
