Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of business development / sales experience related to freight forwarding services
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willing to travel for client engagement and business development activities
