Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understand their business needs, and serve as their main point of contact.
Understand clients’ industries to offer suitable financing options and provide guidance on business growth and financial planning.
Identify new SME lending opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market outreach activities.
Evaluate loan applications through credit analysis, assess financial health, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Structure and negotiate loan terms, manage existing loan accounts, and monitor repayment and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, guide clients through loan applications, and support accurate documentation.
Loan Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding personal loan options and recommend suitable products based on their financial situation.
Handle the end-to-end loan application process, including documentation, initial credit checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely loan approvals, disbursements, and proper documentation.
Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, address inquiries or concerns professionally, and maintain trust.
Promote loan products to potential clients, encourage referrals, and meet monthly disbursement targets while practicing responsible lending.
Maintain accurate client and loan records, ensure adherence to Singapore’s money lending regulations, and support overdue account recovery efforts including site visits.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the licensed moneylending industry.
Proven track record in managing SME loan portfolios or similar lending functions.
Experience in assessing and managing credit risk, especially for SME clients.
Good understanding of loan structuring, credit policies, and risk control measures.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in SME credit underwriting.
