Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead BD plans and growth for an international law firm. The role focuses on aligning local strategies with global objectives and developing client growth plans across practice areas.

The candidate will drive cross-selling, support pitches and panel submissions, and use market insights and CRM tools to identify opportunities. Strong stakeholder relationships and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within legal services or law firms.
• Strong track record in developing and executing BD strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and panel submissions.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and data-driven capabilities.
• Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using BD tools, CRM systems, and market intelligence platforms.

• Providing strategic input into pitches, panel submissions, and win strategies
• Leveraging data, market intelligence, and technology tools to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and track trends
• Building strong internal relationships across global BD, marketing, and practice team
