Job description
Are you an experienced professional in the logistics industry with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We are hiring a Key Account Manager & a Business Development Manager for a leading logistics company with respective work scope in managing existing account & developing new clientele base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions tailored to client needs
Act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships
Oversee business performance, identify service gaps, and work closely with operations to enhance service efficiency
Handle contract renewals, rate negotiations, and service scope agreements with existing clients
Support and lead project implementation, delivering value-added supply chain solutions
Monitor service performance, drive process improvements, and escalate issues where necessary
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience related to contract logistics
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of securing and managing key accounts
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent business acumen with analytical and project management skills
