Business Development Manager -Institutional & HORECA
    Basic Qualification: Any Graduate,MBA / PGDM Marketing or Hotel IndustryEstablish and Maintain relationship with high value clients and providing required solutions .Experience: Minimum 4 - 12 years of experience in HORECA / Institutional Sales in FMCG / Food/Beverages products salesIndustry - Food & Beverages onlyKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the HORECA segment.o Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Track sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.Product Knowledge and Promotion: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's tea and coffee products. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and the sales team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.,
