A leading company in IT solutions is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth in Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in the construction industry, and a proactive attitude. Role includes building relationships with customers and proposing suitable solutions, all while meeting monthly targets in a dynamic environment.
· Responsible for generating new business in the Facilities Management of Buildings/Infrastructures.
· Form and build relationships with new and existing customers including developers, facilities owners and FM companies.
· Form and build relationships with new and existing technology solution partners.
· Responsible for the meeting targets/KPIs set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis
· Work closely with other relevant departments to assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet these needs.
· Work closely with marketing to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and packages
· Support branding and business development in new domains or markets.
· Create a sales pipeline, working from prospect lists, cold calling, networking and conducting independent research.
· Attend industry functions such as trade shows, conferences and webinars and provide feedback on market trends, opportunities for businesses and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
Essential requirements:
· Diploma/Degree holders
· Candidate must have strong sales/business development skills and should have experience in construction industry. Experience in Facilities Management will be an advantage
· Possess at least 2 years working experience in sales/business development.
· Possess good interpersonal skills
· Good communication, written and presentation skills.
· A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
Desirable requirements:
· Knowledge of AEC Softwares and BIM technology
· Knowledge and/or interests in IoT, AI, ML and Computer Aided FM systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point
