Drive revenue by promoting innovative ad tech offerings to media agencies.
Identify and engage key agency stakeholders (media planners, buyers, programmatic leads).
Tailor impactful presentations and proposals that align with client campaign goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions to secure long-term partnerships.
Stay on top of ad tech trends and competitive activity to spot new opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including revenue, conversion, and deal size.
Be the go-to contact for assigned agency accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media and agency leaders.
Provide strategic consultation to optimize campaign performance using our platform.
Address concerns with professionalism and uphold top-tier satisfaction levels.
Achieve retention goals, including renewals and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and new business opportunities.
Manage your own sales funnel, ensuring steady, consistent progress.
Deliver accurate forecasts and market insights to senior leadership.
3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or agency sales.
Strong understanding of media buying, programmatic advertising, and campaign planning.
Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
