Job description

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Office Location: Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park)

Salary Structure: Basic + Commission


Job Scopes:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute new channel sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Channel Development: Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and Ecommerce.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead the new channel sales team, focusing on talent development and performance management.
  • Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data from traditional e-commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide regular sales analysis reports to support strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in new channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).
  • Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong market insights and business acumen.
