As we continue to scale our distribution and platform partnerships, we are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Development Manager to join our Singapore team.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Strong understanding of short drama and film production, as well as platform distribution processes.
- Experience working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Proven track record in business development, with ability to communicate effectively with platforms, MCNs, content creators, and advertisers.
- Knowledge of content trends, user preferences, and platform regulations in Southeast Asia and/or Western markets.
- Local Singaporean candidates or those with valid work permits are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with platforms in Singapore and globally to facilitate the distribution of short drama and film content.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with content creators, platforms, advertisers, and MCNs.
- Assist in forming and executing go-to-market strategies for Southeast Asia and Western regions.
- Participate in business negotiations and drive implementation to increase commercial value of projects.
- Track content trends and platform dynamics to support internal teams in content planning and development.
