Job description

Reporting to the COO, you are responsible for driving new business growth by engaging telcos, enterprises, and government agencies to promote fibre infrastructure solutions. You will be managing the full sales cycle-from tendering to solutioning-while collaborating closely with product, technical, and commercial teams.

My client is a fibre infrastructure provider, enabling high-speed connectivity across residential, commercial, and government sectors.

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, system integrators, telcos, and government agencies.
  • Promote our passive fibre infrastructure offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting, solutioning and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, finance) to tailor technical proposals and respond to RFPs or tenders.
  • Stay on top of market trends and customer needs to influence commercial strategy and product positioning.

Profile

  • Proven hunter with about 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or ICT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of fibre connectivity, cloud, or enterprise network solutions.
  • Experience engaging with public sector or enterprise customers in Singapore.
  • Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional bid teams.
  • Comfortable with commercial negotiation with C-suite stakeholders.
