Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own relationship with fastener supplier(s) in Asia

  • Execute marketing plans to ensure continuous growth.

  • Negotiate special deals eg. Pricing for high volume customers.

  • Responsible to bring in new product lines

  • Negotiate for the best cost within the individual subsidiary applicable for decentralized supplier.

  • Maintain & grow Market Share

  • Act as a bridging point for sales and suppliers.

  • Coordinate with Sales Teams to achieve company objectives, including revenue and GP

  • Work with Asset team to build inventory to support Sales Teams

Requirements

  • Good experience in solution sales within the Fasteners industry

  • Work experience in PEM Fasteners will be highly recommended

  • Understanding of Fasteners acquisition & sustainment projects, activities & processes

  • Outcome focused & proven ability to drive sustained business growth through sales in the Fasteners market

  • Possess minimum Diploma / Tertiary Certification in Business or Supply Chain / Engineering

  • Proven track experience in Business Development with minimum 4-5 years’ working experience in Fasteners

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
