Responsibilities
Own relationship with fastener supplier(s) in Asia
Execute marketing plans to ensure continuous growth.
Negotiate special deals eg. Pricing for high volume customers.
Responsible to bring in new product lines
Negotiate for the best cost within the individual subsidiary applicable for decentralized supplier.
Maintain & grow Market Share
Act as a bridging point for sales and suppliers.
Coordinate with Sales Teams to achieve company objectives, including revenue and GP
Work with Asset team to build inventory to support Sales Teams
Requirements
Good experience in solution sales within the Fasteners industry
Work experience in PEM Fasteners will be highly recommended
Understanding of Fasteners acquisition & sustainment projects, activities & processes
Outcome focused & proven ability to drive sustained business growth through sales in the Fasteners market
Possess minimum Diploma / Tertiary Certification in Business or Supply Chain / Engineering
Proven track experience in Business Development with minimum 4-5 years’ working experience in Fasteners
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
