Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that drive the company’s growth and long-term profitability. This role plays a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic expansion efforts, and aligning initiatives with the overall growth vision of our fast-growing F&B brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new retail leasing opportunities within the food and beverage (F&B) sector

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, property developers, and other key stakeholders

  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, lease terms, and related documentation

  • Lead negotiations and oversee the end-to-end leasing process

  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and demographic studies to uncover new site or concept opportunities

  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to drive visibility of leasing opportunities and facilitate seamless tenant onboarding

  • Track and report on the performance of the leased portfolio, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development and/or leasing within the F&B or retail industry

  • Proven negotiation and landlords / stakeholders management skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels

  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Solid understanding of the leasing lifecycle, including drafting proposals and lease documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in preparing professional presentations and reports

  • Passionate about the F&B industry and motivated by business growth and innovation

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
