Job description

For over 40 years, The Princeton Review has led test preparation for exams like the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and TOEFL, helping millions pursue degrees at top global universities. Headquartered in New York City, we’re expanding into Singapore to grow our Southeast Asia presence and support more learners in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achievement of B2B business revenue for the allocated region, focusing on schools & other educational institutes.
  2. Build a strong network with counselors and key decision makers at international schools.
  3. Plan and implement activities for new business development such as seminars, webinars, workshops, demo classes, mock tests, and education fairs.
  4. Drive partnerships with international schools, colleges, tuition centres, and other education-focused entities in the region, and retain existing clients.
  5. Implement outdoor visibility activities like banners, posters, hoardings, etc., in the territory.
  6. Manage end-to-end relationships with partners in the region, including:
  • Mapping out a database of schools within the region.
  • Developing contacts.
  • Conducting promotional activities, seminars, networking events, etc.
  • Negotiating business terms.
  • Generating revenue.

o Ensure strong ongoing relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling in the education or training industry (test prep, study abroad, EdTech, or higher education preferred).
  • Experience working with schools, colleges, or education consultants is a strong plus.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, especially with school counselors, college advisors, and educational institutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities—comfortable conducting seminars, webinars, and demos.
  • Current or former school counselors with established relationships in the school counseling community will be preferred.
