Job scopes:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new channels, including TV shopping, live streaming, and e-commerce, to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and Ecommerce.

  • Build and lead the new channel sales team, focusing on talent development and achieve performance targets.

  • Analyze sales data from new channels to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze sales data from traditional e-commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.

  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in new channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).

  • Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Results-oriented with strong market insights and business acumen.
