Requirements
- Minimum degree/ diploma in any discipline
- GI Certifications
- At least 2 years in Business Development / Sales background.
- Experience in a General Insurance company is a plus

Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage agent engagement and recruitment activities, including organising engagement/training events, with support from the rest of the Distribution team.
- Manage and track agent performance, including consolidating agreed sales targets, action plans and feedback from engagement meetings between agents and Sales Managers.
- Actively manage agent recruitment pipeline, including working together with the Sales Managers to identify a list of potential agents.
- Assist Sales Manager in engagement with individual agents, including recruitment and growing production of existing agents, to achieve overall sales targets.
- Manage onboarding and training of new agents.
- Prepare annual/quarterly/campaign production reports for Chief Distribution Officer and Management.
Training Management
- Develop a training roadmap to ensure compliance with licensing regulations (primary focus on agency) and alignment with sales strategies.
- Develop a training program for both offline and online business procurement processes.
- Conduct trainings to promote ERGO's products and capabilities.
- Conduct new business partner orientation programs in terms of ERGO’s risk appetite and business online portals.
- Design and deliver structured meetings, presentations and comprehensive training material.
Project Management
- Participate in and lead projects that have an impact on Distribution.
- Take the lead in any assignments given by the Department Head.
Others
- Oversee and extend support to team members in Distribution Operations and Support under Distribution Management in Campaign and Project Management, Portfolio Analysis and Segmentation, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment Regulatory and Licensing, Events and Training Management, and Communication.
