Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a dynamic BD Manager for the Singapore office to drive cross-practice business development, market growth strategies, and client development initiatives across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will lead pitches, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and empower partners with strategic planning, thought leadership, and profile-raising activities. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of BD experience and strong stakeholder management in a global law firm context.

• At least six years' relevant professional experience.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic BD Manager to join our Singapore office and collaborate closely with our regional and global Business Development teams. In this role, you’ll support our Disputes and Finance practices by driving cross-practice, sector-focused initiatives and empowering partners with strategic planning, profile-raising, and market growth strategies. You’ll lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programmes, and thought leadership campaigns. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the firm’s presence and reputation across Singapore and Southeast Asia

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Appropriate undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s)
