We are a mission-driven EdTech company scaling up in Singapore — and we’re looking for a Hunter to lead partnerships in the education space.

As we grow across Singapore, we're looking for a driven Business Development professional with a strong hunter mindset — someone who opens doors and builds strategic partnerships that matter.

The Opportunity

This role is for experienced Business Development professionals passionate about the education sector.
You’ll lead outreach and partnership-building efforts across Singapore’s education ecosystem.
Candidates with deeper experience may be considered for a Director-level appointment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in Singapore’s education sector
  • Lead prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and pitching
  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, and education organisations
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Represent the company at education events and networking activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
You Are Someone Who...
  • Enjoys cold outreach and thrives on opening new doors
  • Takes full ownership of the sales cycle — from first touch to close
  • Moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and enjoys chasing targets
  • Understands how decision-making works in education institutions
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of business development experience in the education sector
  • Strong ability to initiate new partnerships and close deals independently
  • Familiar with Singapore’s education landscape and stakeholder decision cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred
