Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with tenders, costing and service delivery.
• Degree in Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic business planning initiatives to drive growth of Diagnostics services.
• Participate in public and private business tenders, working with finance and service leads to draft business proposal, costing and optimal service delivery.
• Work closely with the leads of Diagnostics services, establish, implement and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and internal control for all specific activities within the business unit.
• Monitor business, operational and financial performance, and recommend improvement actions.
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives assigned by management.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support business objectives and operational excellence.
