    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for nVent products, including their application, for nVent functions including Business Development, partnership, sales when it comes to Data Solutions vertical.
    • Develop new business together with sales team across SEA and ANZ.
    • Be the vertical expert and understand competitors in the region and globally.
    • Conduct product training to customers and partners.
    • Manage strategic development and implementation for Data solution vertical in SEA and ANZ.
    • Review training literature for technical accuracy including installation guides and procedures, operations manuals, online learning.
    • Represent nVent in industry codes and standards committees.
    • Provide market specific intelligence and feedback on products and services to the commercial teams.
    • Plan activities together with Sales team.
    • Identify project in closing phase with sales team and provide necessary support.
    • Informs his/her superior about all situations, developments and occurrences which are important for the superior or are requested by him/her, as well as about all upcoming decisions which require his/her approval.
    • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

    YOU HAVE:

    • University Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
    • 5 years working experience in Data Solutions.
    • Previously worked in teams and a good team player
    • Willing to traveling for business trip >30% of the time.
    • Strong Data Solution background, preferably in a commercial position
    • Demonstrated problem solving and complex analytical skills.
    • Experience in cooling solutions/ cabling/ power distribution for Data solutions preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must have strong customer orientation.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Strong team player with positive attitude
    • Candidate must have a pleasant personality, able to take initiatives on his/her own, a good attitude, clean working track record with high integrity should possess an integrative leadership style and have democratic approach including directional instruction when required and be a team player
