Responsibilities:
Responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships.
Achieve business development goals in alignment with company objectives to maximize profitability.
Accountable for generating new business revenue, significantly contributing to overall company profitability.
Make informed decisions and provide recommendations to successfully establish new business ventures.
Proactively cultivate and develop mutually beneficial sales relationships with new and prospective clients.
Provide strategic insights and information to the Asia Director to support business performance reviews, evaluations, and budgeting processes.
Assist in the development, refinement, and implementation of the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Set and accomplish goals within assigned vertical markets as outlined by the company.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply chain industry or 3PL, preferably with global and local sales experience in Contract Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
Proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong track record of managing relationships and negotiating with all levels of management within customer organizations.
