Job description
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the CCTV, security systems, and access control sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the security industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and developments in security systems.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to enhance performance.
- Mentor and support junior members of the business development team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the CCTV or security systems sector.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business relationships.
- Excellent understanding of security technologies and industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
