Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in the CCTV, security systems, and access control sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the security industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and developments in security systems.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to enhance performance.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the CCTV or security systems sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of security technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
