What You'll Be Doing:

  • Chart the roadmap for new store openings, relocations, and refreshes — and make it happen.
  • Discover exciting new spaces and turn them into thriving beauty destinations.
  • Negotiate leases like a pro, managing renewals and relationships with landlords and agents.
  • Partner with designers and internal teams to bring tender proposals and store visions to life.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of real estate trends and identify the next hot spot before it’s hot.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate — across departments and with external partners.
  • Prepare smart reports and insights for senior leadership to support bold growth decisions.
  • Be our eyes and ears on the ground — attending industry events, networking, and staying ahead.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in leasing, business development, or tenancy management.
  • A creative mind with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Confident in contracts, comfortable with commercial terms.
  • Self-starter who thrives on independence but works great with teams.
