Job description

    As a Business Development Head at Onelab Ventures, a venture studio based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will play a pivotal role in driving the B2B business development strategy for our AI-first tech products. With a focus on generating and converting qualified leads in both SMB and enterprise segments, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals. Your expertise in defining pricing, go-to-market strategies, and channel partnerships will be crucial in aligning messaging with the founders, product, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small BD team as we scale our operations.We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in B2B business development, strategic sales, or partnerships, preferably with a track record of staying and growing with a single company for 3+ years. Your proven experience in tech, SaaS, or early-stage product sales, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, will set you up for success in this role. Moreover, familiarity with AI/ML, productivity, fintech, or digital platforms, as well as CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho, would be advantageous.Joining Onelab Ventures offers a competitive salary of 1520 LPA, along with the opportunity to have a high-impact role with direct access to the founders.
