Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate & B2B Sales: Secure corporate clients for long-term stays, build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
  • Student Accommodation Sales: Collaborate with educational institutions to secure student bookings and develop tailored housing packages.
  • Online Travel Agents: Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents to optimize room availability, pricing, and booking strategies.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze market trends to drive growth and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Team Collaboration: Align sales strategies with marketing and operations, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or recruitment (preferably in hospitality).
  • Familiarity with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and their operations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Being proficient in Mandarin will be a significant advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
