As a Business Development Manager - B2B you will
The Business Development Manager - B2Bis responsible for driving B2B revenue growth within the regional ENTERTAINER market, with a specific focus on corporate clients. This role plays a key part in expanding our footprint by offering customized rewards and engagement programs tailored to the needs of organizations across industries. The Business Development Manager - B2B is expected to build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functionally to deliver solutions, and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to overall department objectives.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients across sectors such as banking, finance, retail, telecom, airlines and other enterprises.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored rewards and engagement program solutions that align with their customer or employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to deliver customized proposals and solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Department on commercial models and pricing strategies before presenting to clients.
  • Lead commercial and legal negotiations to ensure alignment between client and company interests; ensure formal contracts are signed and documented.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine targeting strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the rewards, engagement, loyalty or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in proposal development, contract negotiation and closing deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
