Job description

Responsibilities

New Business & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell advertising technology products to media and communications agencies
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders (e.g., programmatic leads, media buyers, planners)
  • Customize solution pitches that align with the unique objectives of each agency or client
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to final negotiations and deal closure
  • Monitor developments in the digital advertising ecosystem to inform strategy and stay ahead of trends
  • Consistently achieve or surpass targets related to sales performance and deal conversion

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Serve as the lead contact for assigned agency partners, ensuring proactive support and engagement
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior agency personnel and decision-makers
  • Offer strategic insights to help clients maximize campaign outcomes using our platform
  • Address issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and communication
  • Work toward KPIs like retention rate, renewal conversions, and client satisfaction benchmarks (e.g., NPS)

Sales Funnel Management & Forecasting

  • Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified leads and high-potential prospects
  • Take end-to-end ownership of your sales funnel, ensuring consistent deal progression
  • Deliver accurate sales reports and market feedback to leadership teams for forecasting and strategy alignment

Requirement:

  • Proven success in business development, preferably in digital advertising, media tech, or MarTech
  • Strong familiarity with agency operations and the media planning/buying landscape
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • A consultative sales approach combined with the ability to close high-value deals
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance long-term relationship-building with short-term wins
