The company owns eight scientific research, production, and operation subsidiaries, with chain operation institutions spread across more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. Major product ranges include feminine and senior personal care products.

The ideal candidate will have business development experience to drive sales expansion plans locally and internationally.

Job description:

  1. Develop sales opportunities with prospective retail channel partners.
  2. Follow up on sales opportunities with quotations to channel partners.
  3. Provide product support datasheets to enhance channel partners’ knowledge and confidence in sales.
  4. Deliver product training and demonstrations as needed.
  5. Maintain good relationships with channel partners and manage team collaboration.
  6. Use your business network and support knowledge-sharing sessions to explore new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to review gaps and identify new opportunities in the business.
  8. Review and evaluate business development strategies with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma or equivalent, with a passion for Health Science or the FMCG industry.
  2. Relevant experience in selling consumer personal care products, entrepreneurship, direct sales, or channel sales is preferred.
  3. Confident in product presentation and training when necessary.
