Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive sustainable growth across our portfolio by developing and executing commercial strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding into new markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify & Pursue Opportunities
    Scout for new business avenues—whether new brand concepts, corporate catering, events, or collaborations—and pitch them effectively.
  • Partnership Strategy & Execution
    Negotiate and close partnerships with suppliers, delivery platforms, and corporate clients to maximize revenue.
  • Market Analysis
    Conduct competitive and consumer trend analysis in the F&B landscape to inform expansion and pricing strategies.
  • Financial Planning
    Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, ROI assessment, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with operations, marketing, culinary teams, and brand leads to ensure alignment and project execution.
  • Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders—from landlords and suppliers to strategic partners—to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years in business development, sales, or strategy, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record with tangible revenue growth and partnership deals
