Yumiko Pte Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of their innovative kitchen products. The suitable candidate will drive partnerships, manage business development processes, and contribute to the growth of the company through effective relationship management and strategic deal structuring. Previous experience in relevant industries is preferred.
Position Overview
Yumiko Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, strategic, and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our flagship innovative product that would revolutionize the kitchen industry
This role focuses on identifying and securing new business partnerships, especially with interior design and renovation firms that can showcase our products in their showrooms. You will manage the full business development cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to partner onboarding and performance tracking — while supporting the company's growth through targeted B2B strategies and relationship building.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Prior experience dealing with business owners and corporates will be an added advantage
Prior exposure to F&B equipment, home appliances, or interior design industry is a plus
Training will be provided
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to close deals and exceed growth targets
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of partnership dynamics
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in both office and field environments
Able to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Compensation:
Base Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Commission: Generous tiered structure based on B2B placements and sales
Total Potential: Over $10,000/month based on performance
Work Environment:
Field and office-based work (site visits, showroom partner meetings, events)
5-day work week with flexibility based on operational requirements
