Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing client relationships, promoting our consultancy services, and advising clients on available government grants. Additionally, this role involves consulting with and enrolling potential students into our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and manage new business opportunities for consultancy services in internationalisation, digitalisation, sustainability, and job redesign.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advisory solutions.
  • Advise clients on relevant government grants and assist in the application process.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote and consult potential students on our training courses, guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, government initiatives, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales pitches to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, consultancy, or sales, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong understanding of business trends, government grants, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in training or education sales is an advantage.
