Business Development Manager

Job Description & Requirements

1. Prepare tender analysis costing and evaluation contract negotiation.
2. Preparation of tender bid for management’s approval and submission.
3. Prepare monthly payment claims and final account for contracts and ensure timely and complete submissions to the client for payment certificates.
4. Prepare document for inviting quotations, prepare comparison, tender report.
5. To hit sales target and secure new project and develop new business.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Project & Sales Management or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in Corporate Offices, Fit-out & M&E works.
3. Driven to achieve high conversion rate of leads to sales.
4. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
5. Meet sales and business targets consistently.
6. Research, identify and qualify sales opportunities within large enterprises within commercial space.
7. Manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management, including contract negotiation.
