Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through various channels, leveraging existing relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and dealers.
- Manage and negotiate with clients to generate a profitable portfolio.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize approaches to potential clients.
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding customer insights and expectations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of the auto finance industry and its sales approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
