Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through various channels, leveraging existing relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and dealers.
  • Manage and negotiate with clients to generate a profitable portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize approaches to potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to senior management regarding customer insights and expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of the auto finance industry and its sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
