Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Japan. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, enhancing our existing product portfolio, and developing strategic relationships across key industries such as semiconductors, data storage, electronics, and biomedical. This role demands a deep understanding of the Japanese market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are met.

Business Development

  • Drive strategic plans to penetrate the Japanese market and grow business across target industries.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive innovation and inform product/service development.

Job Requirements:
