The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, particularly with affluent clients from China. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are essential. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify client needs and develop tailored strategies to support clients in their globalization efforts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and compliance requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer relationship management, and finance, to align strategies and meet clients' requirements.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement of targets and continuous improvement.

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, to drive engagement and sales.

  • Participate in business trips to engage clients and explore new opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 5yrs of B2B sales experience, demonstrated success in the Business Development & Services industry is preferred.

  • Strong customer service experience in servicing high affluent clientele from China would be a plus point

  • Proven track record in developing high-quality proposals and delivering impactful presentations to clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries.

  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues

  • Good team player and able to work independently
