Our mission is to deliver high quality care to our patients through effective communication and ethical clinical practice. We have 10 locations across the island. To assist with the expansion of our clinics, we are growing our Business Development function.

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the success of our corporate programs. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business-to-business partnerships in Singapore, with a strong focus on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) initiatives and supporting marketing programs.

This role is about building long-term client relationships, ensuring successful program implementation, and co-developing solutions that support workplace well-being across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with corporate clients in Singapore to understand their workplace health and safety needs.

  • Co-develop tailored OHS program solutions with clients to ensure alignment with their internal policies and compliance requirements.

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of programs.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and drive program enhancements.

  • Stay informed of local OHS trends, challenges, and updates (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health Act) to provide relevant recommendations.

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and marketing to ensure programs and materials are client-centric and locally relevant.

  • Track and report on program outcomes, client success metrics, and areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry within Singapore.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a Singaporean business context.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • A passion for health and well-being is a plus.

  • Understanding of OHS principles, marketing best practices, and the Singaporean business landscape is an asset.
