Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Promote international airfreight, seafreight, and contract logistics services.
  2. Achieve sales targets.
  3. Conduct telemarketing and source new business clients.
  4. Develop sales strategies for new growth areas and expand business opportunities.
  5. Implement sales plans, identify potential clients, and develop new accounts.
  6. Communicate account objectives within the company's sales organization.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant sales experience in international air & sea freight forwarding/logistics.
  2. Successful previous experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Disciplined, sales-oriented, success-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  4. Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency.
  5. Analytical and multitasking skills with an in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  6. Meticulous, independent, focused, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
  7. If possible, possess an existing clientele base.
  8. Possess a class 3 license and own a car.
  9. Candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred.
